Taxonomy


Biology class began with students writing a review quiz on Grade 10 biology and safety concepts. We took up last Friday’s homework on biodiversity. We then began a new lesson on classification. The learning goal for this lesson was: explain what is meant by taxonomy.  We also began discussing and using dichotomous keys.
