Dissections - Day 3


Some students chose to continue dissections yesterday. They dissected the nervous and reproductive systems. These systems are not part of the Grade 11 curriculum and will not be on the exam. Other students chose to study for the exam. Class time was well used by all.

Day 2 of Dissections


Students finished up their dissections of the digestive system as well as the circulatory system. We will finish dissections tomorrow. Bring something to wear over your uniform or something to change into that you don’t mind getting pig ‘stuff’ on.

Day 1 of Dissections


We had a successful first day of pig dissections. We continue this work tomorrow. The school panoramic picture will be taken tomorrow. Please have your full school uniform with you. Bring something to wear over your uniform or something to change into that you don’t mind getting pig ‘stuff’ on.

We will be using this week as a review before the final exam. Students may use scheduled class time to study, team up with a study buddy, ask me to cover an sections of the course they need clarification on.
We are also waiting on our foetal pigs to arrive. Once they do, we will begin dissections.
