DNA


We began chapter 6 – Genetics Beyond Mendel today. We covered the structure of DNA. Students built an origami DNA model. Students received the genetics assignment for this unit. Most have chosen a genetic disorder that they will research and create a brochure about.

•       Read p. 228 – 233, Do Q. 1 - 6

•       STEM conference tomorrow

•       Test Tuesday, November 24 on chapters 5 & 6

 

•       Friday, November 27 – Genetic disorder brochures or Variations on a face lab report due.
