Testing for Conductors and Insulators

We began today's lesson reviewing how a metal leaf electroscope works and how we can use a charged balloon to negatively charge the electroscope. Once this was done, students used the negatively charged electroscope to test various materials to determine if they were conductors or insulators.

Homework & Reminders:
  • Powder Coating research is past due
  • Complete questions on p. 482 past due
